A Registered Dietitian for over 35 years, Linda’s work focuses on promoting health via an essential part of our lives: food! Currently
Linda is the Nutrition Clinical Coordinator at Thompson Health and works in outpatient services for Nutrition Therapy Center. She
holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University.

Adapting Exercise to Overcome Physical Limitations and Maintain Fitness across the Lifespan

John completed his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Strength and Conditioning fr om
the University of Delaware in 2001. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in
2009.
